Robynn AI Review (2026): Pricing, Features & Honest Verdict

Reviewed by MakerStack · Published · 6 min read

Robynn AI is a marketing agent platform that audits your live website every week, proposes evidence-backed fixes and publishes the ones you approve. We found the weekly loop genuinely well designed and the pricing hard to defend for anyone but a funded team. Best for: B2B marketing teams with one high-traffic site and a real budget. Price: From $359/mo (free plan: 30-day trial only). Rating: 6.5/10

What is Robynn AI?

Robynn is a San Francisco company building AI marketing agents that keep a website improving on its own. You set a measurable goal on a page, organic traffic or conversions or sign-ups, and the platform measures where you are, recommends changes, waits for your approval, publishes, then measures again seven days later. It launched Website Studio in July 2026 and placed fifth on Product Hunt on 27 July 2026 with 225 upvotes.

The founders are Madhukar Kumar, a developer turned marketer who ran global marketing at Nutanix, Redis and Oracle and was CMO at Sourcegraph and SingleStore, and Rafiq Mohammadi, a serial founder. Both worked on the first generation of web content management at Interwoven, which is a genuinely relevant credential here. The company was founded in July 2025.

The phrase “self-healing” is doing some work in the marketing, so it is worth being precise about what it means. Robynn does not fix broken pages on its own. It runs a continuous diagnose-and-remediate cycle where every change still passes through a human approval step. That is a better product than a fully autonomous one, but it is not what “heals itself” implies, and you should read the tagline as ambition rather than description.

What Are Robynn AI’s Key Features?

Auto Loop

The flagship feature and the reason to look at Robynn at all. Auto Loop runs a seven-day cycle: measure, recommend, approve, publish, measure again. Most website optimisation tools give you a one-time audit that turns into a PDF nobody actions. Building the cadence into the product is the right call, because website improvement fails on follow-through far more often than it fails on ideas.

Growth Cortex

A memory layer that holds context about your product, brand and marketing tools so agents are not starting cold every run. Robynn says it builds that context within 24 hours of connection and runs site audits overnight. This is the difference between an agent that suggests generic SEO advice and one that knows your ICP and your competitors, and it is the feature Robynn puts on every plan including the free one.

Two-line install with no migration

Robynn connects to your live site with two lines of JavaScript. It works with WordPress, Webflow, Next.js, Framer and most CMS platforms, and there is no rebuild or replatform involved. It also connects read-only to HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion and Google Analytics. Read-only matters: the tool can see your funnel data without being able to damage your CRM.

Three agent specialisations

Inbound covers site audits, SEO and page improvement. Outbound covers prospect personalisation and multi-touch sequences. Always-on covers brand maintenance and competitive intelligence. The higher tiers add agentic campaigns, microsites, ABM and LinkedIn and X connectors. It is a wide surface area for a company one year old, and that breadth is as much a risk as a selling point.

What Robynn AI Does Not Tell You

Some things a buyer would want are missing from the public material, and they are worth listing before you spend $359. Robynn discloses no funding, names no customers on the site, and publishes no case study showing a measured lift from a completed Auto Loop cycle. For a product whose entire promise is measurable improvement, the absence of a single before-and-after number is the most surprising gap.

The token unit is also undefined. Plans are sold in tokens and then translated into actions at a fixed ratio of 100 tokens per action, but nowhere does Robynn say what counts as an action. Is a full site audit one action or fifty? Is a rejected recommendation still billed? At $7.18 per action on Startup, that distinction decides whether your plan lasts a month or a week, and you cannot find out before you pay.

How Much Does Robynn AI Cost?

Robynn starts at $359 per month on Startup, which buys 5,000 tokens, described as 50 actions, for a single website. Growth is $485 per month for 50,000 tokens, or 500 actions, and adds agentic campaigns plus HubSpot, WordPress and custom connectors. Enterprise starts at $1,000 per month for one million tokens, with each additional website costing another $1,000 monthly. There is a Free tier at $0 with 500 tokens, five actions, all features and a single site, but it expires after 30 days. That is a trial, not a free plan.

Run the maths on the ladder and it falls apart. Startup gives you 50 actions for $359, which is $7.18 per action. Growth gives you 500 actions for $485, which is $0.97 per action. You pay $126 more and get seven times better value per action. There is no reason to ever buy Startup, and its existence looks like an anchor rather than a plan anyone should choose.

Token add-ons are worse. 5,000 tokens costs $200, 10,000 costs $360, and 50,000 costs $1,600 as the “best value” option. But Growth already includes 50,000 tokens for $485. Buying the same 50,000 as an add-on costs more than three times what the plan that includes them costs. Tokens reset monthly, so unused allowance is gone. Compared to what else exists, Robynn sits in an awkward middle: far above Unbounce at $99 to $249 a month, well below Mutiny at $25,000 to $60,000 a year, and above VWO’s published entry of roughly $314 a month.

Who is Robynn AI Best For?

Use Robynn if you are a funded B2B company with one website that drives real pipeline and a marketing team too small to run a weekly optimisation cadence by hand. At $485 a month, Growth costs less than a fractional CRO consultant and does something a consultant will not: it shows up every seven days without being chased. The Interwoven and SingleStore background in the founding team means the people building this have actually run the job they are automating.

Use it if you want continuous testing but Mutiny quoted you $40,000 and refused to offer monthly billing. Robynn is self-serve, monthly, and you can start today.

Skip Robynn if you are an indie maker or a bootstrapped startup. $359 a month with a 30-day expiring free tier is a hard no at that stage, and manual work with free Google Analytics will get you further per dollar. Skip it if you run multiple sites, because every extra site is $1,000 a month on Enterprise, which is brutal for agencies. And skip it if your site gets low traffic, since a weekly measure-and-improve loop needs enough visitors to tell a real change from noise. Robynn publishes no minimum traffic guidance anywhere, which it should.

Best Robynn AI Alternatives

Mutiny is the enterprise incumbent for website personalisation, at roughly $25,000 to $40,000 a year for entry B2B contracts and $60,000 to $150,000 at mid-market, annual only, with no published list price and no self-serve trial. Better proven, dramatically more expensive, and unreachable for most teams reading this.

Unbounce runs $99 a month for Build, $149 for Experiment and $249 for Optimize, with a 14-day trial and 25 percent off annual billing. It is landing pages and testing rather than whole-site agents, so it solves a narrower problem for a third of the price. The better buy if your goal is a converting page, not a converting site.

VWO publishes about $314 a month billed annually for testing at 10,000 monthly tracked users, rising to roughly $665 a month at 100,000. Its free Starter plan is being discontinued in 2026 and new sign-ups get a 30-day trial instead. It is the mature testing platform, with none of Robynn’s agent automation and all of the statistical rigour.

Final Verdict: Is Robynn AI Worth It?

The product thinking here is better than the launch tagline suggests. Website optimisation dies from neglect, not from a lack of good ideas, and a seven-day loop with a human approval gate is the correct shape for fixing that. Growth Cortex is a real answer to why generic AI marketing advice is useless, the two-line install removes the usual adoption blocker, and read-only connectors show a team that has thought about what happens when an agent gets something wrong. The founders have run this job at companies with real revenue.

The pricing is what drags this down to a 6.5. A Startup tier at seven times the per-action cost of the plan above it is not a pricing mistake, it is a funnel designed to push you upward, and add-on tokens priced above the plan that includes them compounds the impression. The free tier expiring at 30 days means there is no way to live with this product cheaply while it proves itself. If you have the budget, buy Growth at $485 and ignore the tier below it entirely. If you do not, wait for a real free tier or a plan under $100, because the idea is good enough that it is worth watching even when the price is not worth paying.

Robynn AI Pros & Cons

What We Like

  • Auto Loop builds a seven-day measure, recommend, approve, publish cadence into the product instead of shipping a PDF nobody actions
  • Growth Cortex holds product, brand and competitor context so agents are not starting cold every run
  • Installs with two lines of JavaScript on WordPress, Webflow, Next.js or Framer, with no rebuild or migration
  • Connectors to HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion and Google Analytics are read-only, so an agent error cannot damage your CRM
  • Founders ran global marketing at Nutanix, Redis, Oracle, Sourcegraph and SingleStore, so they have done the job they are automating

What Could Be Better

  • Startup at $359/mo costs $7.18 per action against $0.97 on the $485 Growth plan, so the cheaper tier is never the right buy
  • Token add-ons are worse value than the plans: 50,000 tokens costs $1,600 as an add-on but comes bundled in the $485 Growth plan
  • The Free tier expires after 30 days, so it is a trial rather than a free plan
  • No funding disclosed, no named customers and no published case study showing a measured lift from a completed Auto Loop
  • What counts as an "action" is never defined, and each extra website on Enterprise costs another $1,000 per month

Robynn AI FAQ

What is Robynn AI?

Robynn AI is a San Francisco marketing agent platform founded in July 2025 by Madhukar Kumar and Rafiq Mohammadi. You set a measurable goal on a page, and its Auto Loop measures performance, recommends changes, waits for your approval, publishes, then measures again seven days later. It launched Website Studio in July 2026.

How much does Robynn AI cost?

Robynn starts at $359 per month on Startup for 5,000 tokens, described as 50 actions, on a single website. Growth is $485/mo for 50,000 tokens (500 actions). Enterprise starts at $1,000/mo for one million tokens, with each additional website costing another $1,000 monthly. Token add-ons run $200 for 5,000 up to $1,600 for 50,000.

Is Robynn AI worth it?

At the $485 Growth tier, yes for a funded B2B team with one site driving real pipeline, because it costs less than a fractional CRO consultant and shows up every seven days without being chased. Not at $359 on Startup, which charges seven times more per action than the plan above it, and not for bootstrapped makers.

What are the best Robynn AI alternatives?

Mutiny is the enterprise incumbent at roughly $25,000 to $40,000 a year for entry B2B contracts, annual only with no self-serve trial. Unbounce runs $99 to $249 per month for landing pages and testing. VWO publishes about $314 per month billed annually at 10,000 monthly tracked users.

Does Robynn AI offer a free plan?

Not really. There is a $0 tier with 500 tokens, five actions, all features and one website with no credit card required, but it expires after 30 days. That makes it a trial rather than a free plan you can sit on. The cheapest ongoing option is Startup at $359 per month.

Who is Robynn AI best for?

Funded B2B companies with a single high-traffic website that drives pipeline, and a marketing team too small to run a weekly optimisation cadence manually. It is a poor fit for indie makers, agencies running many sites at $1,000 per extra site, and low-traffic sites where a weekly loop cannot separate signal from noise.
