Visiby Review (2026): Pricing, Features & Honest Verdict
TLDR
Visiby is an AI search visibility tracker that measures how often ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews name your brand, then ranks the fixes. Verdict: fair flat pricing and a real action plan, but its own terms contradict its billing page. Best for: small marketing teams. Price: from $49/mo, no free plan. Rating: 6.5/10.
What is Visiby?
We found Visiby on Product Hunt, where it finished fifth on 13 September 2026. It is a web app that runs a set of buyer questions, which it calls prompts, through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on a schedule. It records which brands and which URLs each engine cites, then shows your share of those answers against named competitors, prompt by prompt and week by week.
Visiby’s argument is that vendor research has moved into AI assistants, and your SEO tools cannot see it. Rank trackers report positions in a list of links. Visiby reports whether the answer itself mentions you. It is built and run by FNA Technology LLP, a software company whose billing runs through Razorpay and whose hosting sits in Google Cloud’s Mumbai region. Visiby is one product in a crowded new category that also includes Otterly, Searchable and Profound.
What Are Visiby’s Key Features?
Citation tracking across three engines
You add your domain, pick or approve a set of prompts such as “best marketing analytics tool for agencies”, and Visiby runs them against each engine. Each result shows if you were cited, at what position, and which competitor took the slot. The Prompts Explorer lets you filter, cluster and compare the live answers side by side. Lite and Starter refresh weekly. Pro and Agency refresh once a day. The Agency plan adds Claude and Google AI Mode for five engines in total.
A Citations Explorer that shows which pages win
Beyond prompts, Visiby lists every URL the engines cite across your topic, ranked. This is the useful part for a content team. You can see that a competitor’s comparison page or a single Reddit thread is doing most of the work in answers about your category, and plan against it. A related view, Recipe Intelligence, breaks cited passages down by page element: headings, FAQ blocks, tables, lists and case studies, per engine.
A ranked action plan
This is where Visiby tries to separate itself from dashboards. Each week it turns citation gaps into a list of moves, each scored for effort and expected impact: refresh a thin contact page, add FAQ markup to a service pillar, write a comparison page against the competitor taking your “alternative to” prompts. Each move comes with a brief your writer can work from. The weekly digest lands by email on Tuesday morning, Indian time.
Brand Entity and competitor intelligence
On Pro and above, Visiby tracks which descriptive words each engine attaches to you and to rivals, such as trustworthy, enterprise or agile, and suggests plays to shift them. Competitor Intelligence shows citation share by brand and topic, and each cell drills down to the prompts and passages behind it. Sentiment analysis sits alongside. This is the part an agency will show a client, and it is where the $249 plan earns its price over Starter.
Site audit, bot analytics and Search Console data
From Starter up, a citability audit flags pages the engines cannot quote: blocked crawlers, missing Organization or FAQ schema, pages under 250 words, missing meta descriptions. AI Bot Analytics shows which AI crawlers hit your site. You can also connect Google Search Console and Analytics with read-only scopes, so the dashboard puts organic clicks next to AI citation share. The privacy notice is unusually specific about how those tokens are encrypted and revoked.
What Does a Week in Visiby Look Like?
You start with a free visibility report, which asks for a domain and no card and returns a score in about a minute. After you pick a plan, the prompt library fills from your Search Console queries and your own additions. Once a week, or daily on Pro, the engines are sampled again. On Tuesday the digest arrives: your visibility score, share of voice against the leading competitor, prompts won and lost, and the moves queued for the week.
Your data handling is better documented than most tools in this space. The terms say Visiby never trains AI models on your prompts or data. Google tokens are encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database, Search Console and Analytics access is read-only, and disconnecting revokes the token with Google in the same step.
The team then works the list. Visiby does not publish anything on the software plans. That is the job of Growth Engine, a separate done-for-you service from $1,000 a month in which Visiby’s agents write and publish 20 to 25 pages a month to your site after you approve them. That is a lot of AI-written pages. Google’s policy on scaled content is the obvious risk, and a buyer should weigh it before signing up.
Where Does Visiby Fall Short?
The billing terms do not match the pricing page. The pricing page says every plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. The terms of service, version 2 from 1 May 2026, say prices are billed annually unless agreed otherwise and auto-renew unless you cancel 30 or more days before renewal. We would ask for the monthly terms in writing before paying. The terms do offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, which softens the risk.
The smaller claims wobble too. The compare page says every plan includes weekly fix briefs, but Lite includes zero action items. The pricing page says three engines, then lists four names. The homepage statistics, such as one in three B2B buyers starting research in an AI assistant, are sourced to Visiby’s own buyer panel and its own research. The five logos in its trusted-by strip include FNA Technology itself.
Coverage is thin below Agency. Three engines on the first three plans leaves out Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Google AI Mode. And like every tool here, Visiby samples answers that change run to run, so a weekly snapshot of 25 prompts is a small sample to steer a content plan with.
How Much Does Visiby Cost?
Visiby starts at $49 a month for Lite: 25 prompts, one user, one brand, three engines and a weekly refresh, but no action items or site audit. Starter is $99 a month for 50 prompts, 10 action items, the site audit and bot analytics. Pro is $249 a month for 150 prompts, 30 action items, three seats, three brands, daily refresh, competitor intelligence and sentiment. Agency is $499 a month for 500 pooled prompts, 50 action items, ten seats, ten workspaces, five engines, white-label reports, API access and SSO.
That is competitive. Otterly charges $29 a month for 15 prompts and $189 for 100. Searchable’s Pro plan is $125 a month for 100 prompts. Visiby’s $99 Starter gets you 50 prompts with an audit and a ranked action list, which is fair value for a small team. There is no free plan, only the free one-off report, and no annual discount is shown. Growth Engine, the managed service, starts at $1,000 a month with no contract.
| Plan | Price | Plan Features | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $49/mo | 25 prompts, 1 seat, 1 brand, 3 engines, weekly refresh, no action items | Startups testing AI visibility |
| Starter | $99/mo | 50 prompts, 10 action items, site audit, AI bot analytics | Single marketers |
| Pro | $249/mo | 150 prompts, 30 action items, 3 seats, 3 brands, daily refresh, competitor intelligence | Growing marketing teams |
| Agency | $499/mo | 500 pooled prompts, 50 action items, 10 seats, 10 workspaces, 5 engines, white-label, API, SSO | Agencies with multiple clients |
Who is Visiby Best For?
Use Visiby if you run marketing for a small or mid-sized B2B company and want to know whether ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend you, with a ranked list of what to fix each week. The Starter plan suits a single marketer. Agencies tracking several clients get white-label reports and ten workspaces on the $499 plan, which is cheap next to enterprise tools.
Skip Visiby if you need Gemini, Claude or Copilot tracked without paying for Agency, or if you want a tool with a long track record and independent customer references. Skip it too if you cannot get the monthly billing terms confirmed in writing.
Best Visiby Alternatives
Otterly.AI
Otterly is an AI search monitoring tool that starts at $29 a month for 15 prompts, with a Standard plan at $189 a month for 100 prompts and Premium at $489 for 400. It is the cheaper way to start tracking, but it leans toward monitoring rather than a ranked action plan.
Searchable
Searchable tracks 100 prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity for $125 a month on Pro, with 20 articles and 200 site audits included and a 14-day free trial. Scale is $400 a month for 500 prompts. Pick it if you want tracking and content generation in one bill.
Profound
Profound is the enterprise option, fresh from a $180 million Series D. It offers a seven-day trial running 50 prompts daily, then a tailored plan through sales. Pick it if you have the budget and want the category leader’s depth.
Final Verdict: Is Visiby Worth It?
Visiby does the core job well. It tracks the three engines most buyers use, shows which pages win citations, and turns the gaps into a ranked, briefed list of work. The flat pricing is clear and competitive, and the privacy handling of your Google data is better documented than most. For a small team starting with AI search, the $99 Starter plan is a reasonable bet.
The problem is trust in the paperwork. A terms page that says annual billing with 30 days’ notice, against a pricing page that says monthly and cancel anytime, is exactly the kind of gap you find out about at renewal. Add self-sourced statistics and a thin customer list, and this is a young tool to try carefully. Run the free report, confirm the billing terms, then decide. We give it 6.5.
