ZenABM Review (2026): Pricing, Features & Honest Verdict

Reviewed by MakerStack · Published · 7 min read

TLDR

ZenABM is an ABM analytics and campaign platform built on LinkedIn Ads data, now with an AI assistant called Zena that can build and change campaigns. It is cheap for what it does, but the data is weekly. Best for: B2B teams running ABM on LinkedIn. Price: from $59/mo billed yearly, free plan no. Rating: 7/10.

What is ZenABM?

We found ZenABM on Product Hunt, where it launched on 29 September 2026 under the name Zena by ZenABM. The launch was about the AI side: a chat assistant and a connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT create, launch, tune and report on LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Underneath sits an older product, an account-based marketing platform that turns LinkedIn ad reporting into company-level engagement data.

The pitch is simple. LinkedIn tells you how an ad performed, but it does not hand you a clean list of which companies engaged, how warm they are, or which deals they fed. ZenABM pulls that company data through the official LinkedIn API, scores each account, assigns ABM stages, and writes it all back to HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio. The company behind it is ZenABM LTD, registered in England and Wales.

What Are ZenABM’s Key Features?

Company-level engagement and account scoring

This is the core of the product. Every company your ads reached shows up with impressions, engagement, spend, an engagement score from 1 to 5, a current ABM stage and a lifetime stage. The lifetime stage never drops, so an account that was once hot and has cooled off stands out. On Starter the scoring model is fixed; from Growth up you can edit the stage rules and intent definitions yourself.

Zena, the AI assistant

Zena answers questions against your own workspace, not an export. Ask which ad sets drove the most pipeline per dollar, or for a brief on one account before a sales call, and it pulls spend, campaign membership, intents, stage history and deals. It can also change things: adjust bids against LinkedIn’s suggested bid, pause decaying ads, switch off Audience Network and Audience Expansion, and build a new campaign from a description. Every change to live spend is proposed first and applied only after you confirm.

The MCP server with 15 skills and 96 tools

The launch feature. You connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client over OAuth, with no provider key to manage, and get 15 slash-command skills such as an account audit, a budget wasters report, an ad decay check and a sales handoff list. Below those sit 96 tools: 70 read data and 26 write to your account. The docs say 16 of the write tools edit, pause or delete something live, and they are flagged as destructive so your client can ask first.

CRM sync, webhooks and budget savers

ZenABM creates custom company properties in your CRM and fills them with scores, stages and intent signals, so sales sees the data where it already works. Webhooks push the same fields to Clay, n8n or any endpoint, with a filter builder and a payload builder. The Budget Savers feature keeps LinkedIn Audience Network and Audience Expansion off across current and future campaigns, re-checked hourly. That alone can save real money, because LinkedIn turns both on by default.

What Is It Like to Use ZenABM?

Setup is short. You authorize a LinkedIn app that asks for three scopes (ad reporting, ad account management and organization posts), pick an ad account, and the first sync pulls 90 days of history. Connecting a CRM is optional but that is where the revenue side comes from. There is no onboarding call required, and the 37-day trial needs no card.

The data model is honest about its limits. The docs explain that LinkedIn approximates demographic reporting to protect member privacy, so ad set numbers will not add up to campaign totals. ZenABM stores all three levels separately and tells you to read each on its own terms. We liked that; most rivals hide this.

The MCP skills are the most interesting part of the launch. A skill such as the ABM audit grades six areas of your account and returns a fix list ordered by dollars at stake, while the attribution skill states each finding as a correlation with its sample size and p-value. That is more careful than most AI reporting we see. We could not test answer quality on a live ad account, so treat the skills as promising rather than proven.

Where Does ZenABM Fall Short?

Freshness is the first catch. LinkedIn data syncs every Monday at 00:00 GMT, and webhooks fire on that Monday sync. The webhooks doc opens by saying signals go out the moment an account changes, then says two paragraphs later that they are triggered every Monday. If your sales team wants to call an account the day it engages, this is not that product.

Multi-channel is narrower than the marketing suggests. The site FAQ says ZenABM connects to your ad platforms through official APIs and tracks LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, AI referrals and organic visits. The docs are clearer: LinkedIn is the only channel read directly. Everything else comes from your HubSpot contacts’ source history, and currently relies on the HubSpot integration. Salesforce or Attio users get a LinkedIn-only view.

The AI features the launch is built on are not all in every plan. Zena chat is on Starter with 10 chats a day, and the trial gives you 10 messages in total. The MCP server and the HTTP API start at Growth. The Product Hunt listing talks about 20+ expert skills, while the site, docs and changelog all say 15.

Some plan rows are promises. Growth lists BDR assignment, Slack notifications and weekly email reports as coming soon, and Pro lists workflows and smart impression limits as coming soon. The weekly email reports line is odd, since the changelog says automated weekly, monthly and quarterly reports shipped in launch week. The terms also say nothing about refunds.

How Much Does ZenABM Cost?

ZenABM starts at $59 a month billed yearly, or $69 paid monthly. The pricing page loads with the annual toggle on, so the headline figures are yearly rates. There is no free plan; the terms describe the default account as a free trial, and every card says Start Free Trial. The trial is 37 days with no card required. Billing runs through Paddle, and you cancel from the Paddle portal.

Starter costs $59 yearly or $69 monthly, with one ABM campaign, default scoring, HubSpot sync and 10 Zena chats a day. Growth costs $159 yearly or $199 monthly and adds three ABM campaigns, custom scoring, Salesforce and Attio, webhooks, the HTTP API, the MCP server and 50 chats a day. Pro costs $399 yearly or $499 monthly for unlimited campaigns and chats. Agency costs $479 yearly or $599 monthly with three client accounts, and more cost from $159 a month each.

The page advertises 2 months free on annual billing, but the maths does not match. Starter saves $120 a year, which is under two months. The other three plans save 20 percent, which is closer to 2.4 months. Pricing does not scale with ad spend and there is no markup on media, which matters against the enterprise ABM platforms.

Against its closest rivals, ZenABM sits in the middle. Fibbler’s LinkedIn attribution starts at $80 a month billed yearly or $89 monthly, with its MCP on the $100 or $129 Unlimited plan, so Fibbler reaches AI access for less. DemandSense lists $89 and $149 plans. Factors.ai starts at $199 a month for its Lite plan and then jumps to $6,000 a year. LinkedIn Campaign Manager itself costs nothing beyond your ad spend.

Who is ZenABM Best For?

Use ZenABM if LinkedIn is your main ABM channel, you run HubSpot, and you want company-level engagement, stages and intent written into your CRM without hiring RevOps help. It suits a demand gen lead or a small team spending a few thousand a month on LinkedIn who wants weekly account lists for sales and an assistant that can handle bid and budget chores.

Use it too if you already work in Claude or ChatGPT and want to build campaigns from there. On Growth or above, the MCP server is one of the more complete LinkedIn Ads connectors we have seen, with write access and confirmation built in.

Skip ZenABM if you need same-day signals, website visitor identification, or display and programmatic ABM across many networks. Skip it if you run Salesforce and need Google or Reddit attribution, since those channels depend on HubSpot. And skip Starter if the AI connector is the reason you came.

Best ZenABM Alternatives

Fibbler

Fibbler is the closest match: LinkedIn Ads attribution with company insights, CRM sync and audience exclusions. Growth costs $89 a month or $80 billed yearly, Unlimited costs $129 or $100 and includes its MCP, and Agency costs $159 or $130. Google Ads attribution is a $59 per account add-on. Pick it if attribution matters more than campaign building.

DemandSense

DemandSense is a LinkedIn Ads intelligence tool with ad scheduling, frequency limits, competitor monitoring and website visitor identification on a credit system. Base costs $89 a month with 200 credits and Plus costs $149 with 500 credits. Pick it if you want web visitor reveals alongside LinkedIn optimization.

Factors.ai

Factors.ai is a broader account intelligence platform built around website visitor identification, account scoring and journey analytics. Lite costs $199 a month after a trial, Basic is $6,000 a year, Growth is $20,000 a year, and Enterprise starts at $30,000. Pick it if your ABM runs through the website and many channels, not LinkedIn alone.

Final Verdict: Is ZenABM Worth It?

For a LinkedIn-first B2B team on HubSpot, yes. ZenABM gives you company-level engagement, scoring, stages and CRM sync for a fraction of what enterprise ABM costs, with no cut of your media. Zena and the MCP server are careful, confirmation-first tools, and the docs are unusually candid about what LinkedIn data can and cannot tell you.

The catches are real, though. Data lands once a week, the multi-channel story leans on HubSpot, and the launch feature needs Growth at $159 or more. Use the 37-day trial on your own ad account, check whether weekly lists fit your sales rhythm, and compare Fibbler before paying. We rate it 7 out of 10.
